Connect Strava, WHOOP, Wahoo, intervals.icu, and Apple Health, all read-only. Rides import and sort to the right bike automatically, recovery comes from WHOOP (or an HRV estimate from Apple Health), and a daily readiness score lands on the home screen with resting heart rate, sleep, and strain.
